The Genesis of Stillness

What began as a personal space to guide and support individuals through mindfulness, emotional understanding, and life decisions gradually revealed a deeper need. His work extends across counselling, corporate training, student development programs, workplace engagement, and social awareness initiatives. Manjeet believes true growth begins when individuals feel understood, empowered, and emotionally supported, helping people build resilience, confidence, balance, and purpose in both personal and professional life.

Manjeet is also an award-winning author whose books reflect his commitment to mindful and purposeful living. His acclaimed book Breathe: Mastering Mindfulness for Modern Living received the Rabindranath Tagore Literary Award for its contribution to emotional awareness and mindful living.
