My professional journey spans more than twenty-eight years across retail, beauty, sales, marketing, people development, leadership, and learning.
Alongside this corporate experience, I pursued a deeper calling in mindfulness, emotional well-being, coaching, mentoring, counselling, and personal development.
Today, through Welcoming Mindfulness and the Welcoming Mindfulness Foundation, I work with individuals, educational institutions, communities, and organisations to foster emotional awareness, resilience, career clarity, personal growth, and holistic well-being.
My work extends beyond professional development to social impact initiatives focused on youth empowerment, emotional well-being, career guidance, and community development.
