1 SESSION

Vent out, discuss your issues & create a plan with your talk therapist.                       .

Please note:

  1. Each session is 45 minutes long.
  2. All sessions must be booked and paid for, two days prior to the date of the session.
  3. Any rescheduling or cancellation needs to be intimated 24 hours prior to the session.
  4. In the event of a cancellation of any of the sessions, no refund will be initiated.

4 SESSIONS

Identify thought patterns, break negative thought loops & initiate positive ones.

Initiate behavioural changes, learn how to manage your thoughts & emotions.

Welcoming Mindfulness recommends: What you need is extremely specific to your own needs. You can vent out & feel better in one session, however, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions for anyone to experience meaningful change in their thoughts & behaviour.
