1 SESSION
Vent out, discuss your issues & create a plan with your talk therapist. .

Please note:
- Each session is 45 minutes long.
- All sessions must be booked and paid for, two days prior to the date of the session.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation needs to be intimated 24 hours prior to the session.
- In the event of a cancellation of any of the sessions, no refund will be initiated.
4 SESSIONS
Identify thought patterns, break negative thought loops & initiate positive ones.

Welcoming Mindfulness recommends: What you need is extremely specific to your own needs. You can vent out & feel better in one session, however, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions for anyone to experience meaningful change in their thoughts & behaviour.
